Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based assessment, intervention, and documentation practices for children
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention services to elementary school students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students' individual education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress conferences, and professional development activities
- Contribute to fostering an inclusive environment that promotes positive student outcomes
