Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged children in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based assessment, intervention, and documentation practices for children
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and intervention services to elementary school students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students' individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress conferences, and professional development activities
  • Contribute to fostering an inclusive environment that promotes positive student outcomes
