What You'll Bring:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Proven experience or a strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
  • Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Current licensure to practice as an SLP in California (or eligibility to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to elementary-level students with diverse communication needs
  • Conduct assessments and re-evaluations to determine students’ speech and language abilities
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress toward goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary teams
