Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Collaborative approach with teachers, specialists, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to support students’ communication needs in the classroom
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide reports on student progress
  • Consult with classroom teachers and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Provide guidance and consultation for SLPA team members as needed
