This contract-to-hire position requires a compassionate and knowledgeable SLP to provide onsite supervision, supporting a motivated SLPA for two hours each week.
As the onsite SLP supervisor, you’ll be instrumental in guiding professional development and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. You’ll offer mentorship, supervise caseload management, and help shape quality services for students who benefit from speech and language support.
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Skilled in providing clear guidance and support to SLPA professionals
- Strong commitment to upholding best practices in student care
Key responsibilities:
- Provide onsite supervision for 2 hours per week, focused on oversight and mentorship of a dedicated SLPA
- Review and monitor therapy plans, student data, and compliance documentation
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for growth and skill development
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations for speech and language services in schools
- Serve as a resource for best practices in speech therapy interventions
