Qualifications & Requirements:

• State-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC preferred)
• Experience in school settings, especially working with grades K-6
• Proven ability to foster meaningful progress in students’ speech and language
• Strong commitment to in-person, on-campus therapy—as the current virtual solution has been unsatisfactory
• Adaptability to the unique challenges of housing and commuting in a rural, picturesque setting
• Available to work two days per week (14 hours) through the entire school year (September–June)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech therapy services to K-6 students on a regular schedule
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
