School Speech Language Pathologist - Tiffin, Ohio

Two full-time SLP positions are available for the upcoming school year, working in a dynamic and collaborative educational environment. This contract opportunity begins in August and runs through early June, providing consistent hours and the chance to impact young learners' communication and academic growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Ohio SLP license (or eligibility)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
• Compassion for working with children from diverse backgrounds

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students with a range of needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Conduct assessments and document student progress
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines
• Participate in school meetings and professional development as required
• Work a consistent weekday schedule: 7:30–2:50 or 8:20–3:50, depending on location
