What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology licensure, with CCC required
  • Solid experience working in school settings, especially elementary caseloads
  • Ability to foster a nurturing, inclusive therapy space for diverse learners
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly valued, but not required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students, both individually and in small groups
  • Develop and update IEPs, setting measurable and attainable goals
  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and team members to support student progress
  • Document services and progress, ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines
