Position Details:
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 8:15am - 3:30pm
- Serve a caseload of 45-50 students across 4th to 8th grade
- Onsite only – collaborate closely with school teams and students
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLP license/certification (CCC or CFY)
- School-based experience highly preferred, especially in pediatric or adolescent populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and screenings
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services tailored to student needs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver effective interventions aligned with student goals
