Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Tobyhanna, PA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision can be provided
• Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations across a range of ages and abilities
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Commitment to collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals
• Previous school experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload, addressing a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Conduct formal and informal assessments to develop appropriate Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support academic and social success for each student
• Provide consultation and training as needed to staff and parents to optimize student progress
• Adapt therapy plans and strategies as needed to meet each student’s unique needs
