Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and IVP clearance card required
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent credentials
- Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome, as well as SLP-CCC
- Pediatric and school-based experience highly valued, but not mandatory
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy to K-8 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for a range of communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to monitor and support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, develop IEPs, and participate in meetings as needed
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment for all students
