An exciting contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to supporting student success in a vibrant K-8 school environment near Tolleson, AZ. As a vital part of the educational team for the 2026-2027 school year, you will offer essential speech and language services to help children develop communication skills and achieve their academic goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license and current IVP Clearance Card in Arizona
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Clinical Competence Certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
  • Previous experience in pediatric or school settings is valued, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect SLP services to K-8 students with a variety of communication needs
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment strategies tailored to each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to monitor and support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school, district, and state requirements
