Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Familiarity with a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ speech and language abilities through standardized tools and observations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans to address specific needs
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain detailed records, write progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, as needed
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support student growth and achievement
