Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Texas SLP license (Certificate of Clinical Competence strongly preferred)
• Experience supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
• Previous work within school settings, especially with primary or elementary populations, is a plus
• Solid understanding of conducting speech-language evaluations
• Strong organizational skills for managing case files and facilitating ARD meetings
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to ensure quality service provision
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students referred by school staff
• Lead and facilitate ARD meetings, collaborating with educators and families to support student needs
• Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with school and state policies
• Collaborate closely with campus teams across various primary and elementary locations
• Focus exclusively on evaluations and supervision—this role does not require providing direct therapy
