Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Proven ability to supervise SLPAs effectively
- Excellent skills in conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision to assigned SLPAs on designated primary and elementary campuses
- Conduct and complete all required speech-language assessments and evaluations
- Lead and participate in ARD meetings to support student needs and compliance
- Maintain clear and timely documentation for assessments and supervision
- Coordinate with educational staff and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Adhere to all applicable legal, ethical, and professional standards
