Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA certification (SLP-CCC) or in the process of completing CFY
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy with elementary students
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, intervention, and therapy in Pre-K to grade 5 settings
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in school meetings, team discussions, and professional development
