Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active SLP-CCC certification required
• Experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads preferred
• Proficiency in Medicaid billing and IEP documentation
• Skilled in direct (1:1) and group therapy in educational settings
• Comfortable working on-site exclusively with elementary and some pre-k aged students

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 50-60 elementary and pre-k students
• Conduct assessments, develop and adhere to individualized education plans (IEPs), and attend all IEP meetings
• Deliver speech/language services via individual and small-group interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation, including Medicaid billing and progress monitoring
