Desired Skills & Experience:
- Active SLP-CCC certification required
- Experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads preferred
- Proficiency in Medicaid billing and IEP documentation
- Skilled in direct (1:1) and group therapy in educational settings
- Comfortable working on-site exclusively with elementary and some pre-k aged students
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 50-60 elementary and pre-k students
- Conduct assessments, develop and adhere to individualized education plans (IEPs), and attend all IEP meetings
- Deliver speech/language services via individual and small-group interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation, including Medicaid billing and progress monitoring
