Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or CFY considered
• Experience working within school settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to tailor services to diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals based on student requirements
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students, individually or in groups
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining thorough and compliant records
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute expertise in communication development
• Incorporate assistive technology and resources as needed to maximize student success
