Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license or eligibility for state licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply
• Prior experience delivering speech and language services within a school, pediatric, or similar setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for parent and teacher collaboration
• Knowledge of IEP development and documentation procedures
• Familiarity with diverse student populations and a commitment to inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students using standardized tools to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to support students' communication needs in individual and group settings
• Consult with teachers and school teams to ensure service integration within the classroom
• Track progress, document outcomes, and regularly communicate with parents/guardians
• Provide support and resources for staff and families regarding speech and language development
• Maintain accurate records in alignment with school and state requirements
