As a valued clinician in a school-based setting, you will:

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Hold a valid SLP license and necessary state credentials for California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility preferred
  • Previous experience in school settings highly regarded
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Compassion and patience when working with children and adolescents

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and communication with families
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to positive school culture
