This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) invites an SLP or CFY to make a difference for individuals ranging from kindergarten age up to 22 years. Key Duties:

• Plan and deliver targeted speech-language therapy, including assistive technology, augmentative communication, articulation, social/pragmatic language, voice, feeding, and oral-motor skills
• Provide thorough diagnostic and evaluation testing for a broad age range (2 to 22 years)
• Prepare insightful reports summarizing assessment findings and student progress
• Develop IEP objectives addressing individualized student goals and participate actively in meetings
• Collaborate with families and staff, ensuring open communication and unified support for each student’s development
• Embrace flexibility and creative problem-solving in a dynamic school setting

Ideal Background:

• Possess or be eligible for a Delaware SLP license
• Hold the SLP-CCC, be in your CFY, or have strong school-based SLP experience
