Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- CCC-SLP credential preferred, but strong CFY candidates are also encouraged to apply
- School-based SLP experience is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication concerns
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
- Deliver both individual and group therapy in accordance with student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation
- Provide guidance and support for other educational team members regarding communication strategies
