Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and document speech-language therapy targeting articulation, voice, feeding, assistive technology, augmentative communication, and language delays.
• Complete diagnostic and evaluation assessments, providing comprehensive reports rooted in careful observation.
• Develop and maintain Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives, ensuring each student receives personalized support.
• Comfortably work with students aged 2–22, including those with moderate to severe disabilities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress and address developmental goals.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current or eligible Delaware state license for SLP.
• SLP-CFY or SLP-CCC status welcome.
• Experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities is highly regarded.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
