Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible California state SLP licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Knowledge of school-based SLP practices and IEP processes
  • Strong organization, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with K-8 students or similar pediatric populations preferred

Role Highlights:

  • 375-hour full-time contract for the 26/27 academic year
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students (up to a maximum of 61)
  • Deliver assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students in kindergarten through 8th grade
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Contribute to student growth through effective therapy and communication strategies
