Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible California state SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Knowledge of school-based SLP practices and IEP processes
- Strong organization, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with K-8 students or similar pediatric populations preferred
Role Highlights:
- 375-hour full-time contract for the 26/27 academic year
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students (up to a maximum of 61)
- Deliver assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students in kindergarten through 8th grade
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Contribute to student growth through effective therapy and communication strategies
