The position runs from August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with the academic year commencing August 6th. Typical hours are 7:30AM to 4PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a steady routine and strong work-life balance. The anticipated caseload is approximately 50-60 students, with school sites to be determined.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license – CFY and CCC candidates encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience or strong interest in serving K-12 students in school settings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Flexible mindset for working across multiple school locations as assigned
  • Commitment to collaboration with educators, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students referred for speech and language services using research-backed assessment tools
  • Develop and deliver individualized therapy to support student communication and language goals
  • Document session outcomes, progress reports, and maintain compliance with state/federal guidelines
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and parents for holistic student support
  • Attend eligible IEP and student review meetings as required
  • Provide consultative services to staff and families regarding speech and language development
