The anticipated caseload is approximately 50-60 students, with school sites to be determined.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license – CFY and CCC candidates encouraged to apply
- Prior experience or strong interest in serving K-12 students in school settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Flexible mindset for working across multiple school locations as assigned
- Commitment to collaboration with educators, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students referred for speech and language services using research-backed assessment tools
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy to support student communication and language goals
- Document session outcomes, progress reports, and maintain compliance with state/federal guidelines
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and parents for holistic student support
- Attend eligible IEP and student review meetings as required
- Provide consultative services to staff and families regarding speech and language development
