Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to unique student needs
• Conduct engaging therapy sessions focused on targeted goals
• Accurately monitor and document student progress and outcomes
• Collaborate closely with a diverse multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Partner with families to educate and support them throughout the therapy process

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active, or eligibility for, state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will also be considered
• Prior experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance both independent and team-based work effectively
