Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Experience with school-aged populations (K-12) preferred—open to strong new graduates/CFY candidates
• Knowledge of IEP process, assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments and therapy services for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student achievement
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in meetings as needed
• Address a range of communication disorders including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
