We're seeking a knowledgeable, engaged Speech-Language Pathologist with ASHA CCCs to provide dedicated indirect services in a school-based contract setting. Highlights of the Role:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong working knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and goal tracking
- Skilled at reviewing and interpreting IEP notes and goals for pediatric/1:1 caseloads
- Comfortable managing caseloads, compliance, and consultative duties
- Available to work part-time hours across the full school year
- Open to hybrid schedule, with preference for onsite presence
- Capable of collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists
- Experience with teletherapy is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality indirect speech and language services for school-aged children
- Review, update, and manage student IEPs and progress monitoring data
- Serve as a resource for teachers and support staff, attending relevant meetings
- Ensure accurate documentation for compliance and accountability
- Support best practices in communication interventions via consultative services
- Maintain adherence to district, state, and federal guidelines
