We're seeking a knowledgeable, engaged Speech-Language Pathologist with ASHA CCCs to provide dedicated indirect services in a school-based contract setting. Highlights of the Role:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and goal tracking
  • Skilled at reviewing and interpreting IEP notes and goals for pediatric/1:1 caseloads
  • Comfortable managing caseloads, compliance, and consultative duties
  • Available to work part-time hours across the full school year
  • Open to hybrid schedule, with preference for onsite presence
  • Capable of collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists
  • Experience with teletherapy is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality indirect speech and language services for school-aged children
  • Review, update, and manage student IEPs and progress monitoring data
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and support staff, attending relevant meetings
  • Ensure accurate documentation for compliance and accountability
  • Support best practices in communication interventions via consultative services
  • Maintain adherence to district, state, and federal guidelines
