Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students in a collaborative school-based environment. This full-time role spans 2-3 buildings, focusing primarily on elementary-age students, with some involvement at the middle school level. As a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you’ll make a meaningful difference by helping young learners reach their fullest communication potential.

Leveraging your clinical skills in a school setting, you’ll provide direct and indirect speech-language services, participate in IEP development, and consult with educators and families. The position is designed for professionals who excel working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, with access to experienced colleagues and current resources.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field for SLPs; applicable certification for SLPAs
  • Current state licensure or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience in schools, pediatrics, teletherapy, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Comfort providing services across elementary and middle school populations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs using standardized tools
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
  • Deliver therapy sessions both directly and in consultative formats
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed records and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Contribute to and learn from a team of skilled professionals

Compensation for this role is competitive, with pay ranging from $45–$57 per hour based on experience within school settings.
