School Speech Language Pathologist - Trade, TN

You'll work closely with students to support their communication development through a variety of dynamic service models, including both in-person and teletherapy options. Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of approved SLPA program
• Valid state licensure as SLP or SLPA (or eligibility to obtain)
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
• Prior experience in schools, healthcare, or teletherapy strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with educational teams and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct therapy services in either a school setting, via teletherapy, or a blend of both
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and other related service professionals
• Offer support and guidance to families to maximize student success
