Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of approved SLPA program
- Valid state licensure as SLP or SLPA (or eligibility to obtain)
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
- Prior experience in schools, healthcare, or teletherapy strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with educational teams and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct therapy services in either a school setting, via teletherapy, or a blend of both
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and other related service professionals
- Offer support and guidance to families to maximize student success
