Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY accepted), or SLPA with appropriate credentials
• Experience working in schools or healthcare-based settings preferred
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms for teletherapy services is a plus
• Ability to develop and implement IEP goals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families
• Dedication to providing compassionate, student-focused care

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide individual or group therapy to students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s needs
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
• Contribute expertise to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Offer teletherapy services as needed
• Provide supervision or support for those in their clinical fellowship or SLPA roles, if applicable
