Work onsite in a collaborative school environment, focusing on the resource caseload alongside passionate educators and support staff from August 5, 2026, through Thanksgiving break.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Indiana SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is mandatory
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Deep understanding of IEP processes and delivering tailored interventions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be available to work full-time on site
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the resource student caseload, focusing on developing and implementing effective treatment plans
- Conduct evaluations, speech and language therapy, and progress monitoring
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP team meetings
- Collaborate closely with educators and staff to align services with students’ educational goals
- Develop and adapt strategies to facilitate successful communication for students in resource settings
- Provide guidance and education to families and school personnel regarding speech and language supports
