Required Skills and Experience:

• Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license
• New Jersey Department of Education Certification
• Background or interest in working within school settings
• Open to various levels of experience, including SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY
• Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Committed to professional growth and student success

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication disorders
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in accordance with state and school guidelines
• Engage and consult with families to support carryover of skills at home
• Participate in district and team meetings as needed
• Offer both direct and indirect services to ensure comprehensive student support
