School Speech Language Pathologist - Trenton, Tennessee

This is a full-time, onsite contract position ideal for a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a positive impact throughout the full school year. This opening warmly welcomes both experienced SLPs with their CCC as well as Clinical Fellows eager to gain valuable school-based experience. Please note, SLPAs are not being considered for this role.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs across grades
• Conduct assessments and update IEP goals in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain detailed and timely session notes and documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to program planning
• Additional caseload details will be provided
