School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Triangle, Virginia

This full-time role spans the 2026-2027 academic year, starting August 3rd and extending through May 27th, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week across 185 contract days. Assignments are available at all educational levels—elementary, middle, or high school—and offer the chance to positively impact learners across diverse age groups.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Virginia SLP licensure required
• Previous school-based SLP experience highly valued
• Ability to work on-site daily; remote or hybrid arrangements not available
• Willingness to begin the Virginia Dept. of Social Services background check process promptly
• TB test required prior to start date
• Adaptability to serve a range of ages and school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students as part of their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop targeted treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, caregivers, and other support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, annual reviews, and contribute to a positive school culture
