School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Triangle, Virginia

This full-time hybrid role blends the best of both in-person and remote work for the 2026-2027 academic year, allowing you to make a difference in students’ lives both on campus and from the comfort of your home.

In this flexible position, you’ll engage with a dynamic caseload, providing support for a range of age groups across multiple schools. Three days a week will be spent on-site, delivering hands-on therapy and assessments; the other two days can be worked from home, focusing on virtual therapy, consultations, and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Virginia
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt to both in-person and virtual service delivery
• Ready to initiate VA Department of Social Services background check promptly
• Recent negative TB test in accordance with state requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students of various ages
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress and maintain thorough, timely records
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in team meetings and provide virtual therapeutic services as needed
• Serve a caseload across one or more school sites, with assignments varying
