This onsite position, situated near Trona, CA, runs from August 6, 2026, through May 27, 2027, and offers a full 37.5-hour workweek. Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Recent school-based experience, preferably with elementary-aged children
- Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, organization, and rapport-building skills with students and staff
- Ability to provide onsite speech/language therapy exclusively (virtual not available)
Your Role:
- Deliver direct speech/language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct evaluations and create intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with other specialists, teachers, and families
