Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid or eligible Virginia SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcomed
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities

Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform speech and language evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
  • Set measurable IEP goals and deliver direct and indirect therapy
  • Maintain thorough documentation per state and district guidelines
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during IEP and other support meetings
  • Engage with families and staff to foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment
