What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience providing therapy in a school setting is highly preferred
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage a diverse caseload
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct therapy services and conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Provide support and resources to staff and caregivers to foster student growth
- Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing professional development
