What We're Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience providing therapy in a school setting is highly preferred
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage a diverse caseload

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver direct therapy services and conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
  • Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and federal guidelines
  • Provide support and resources to staff and caregivers to foster student growth
  • Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing professional development
