Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active licensure or eligibility as an SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLP-CF
  • Open to SLPAs with appropriate experience and credentials

  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and provide direct therapy to elementary-aged students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ learning goals
  • Communicate progress with parents and participate in IEP meetings
  • Adapt service delivery as needed for onsite or hybrid arrangements
