Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Credentialed as SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
  • State licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience or strong interest in school settings
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique strengths and needs
  • Deliver direct therapy individually or in small groups
  • Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and school-based support teams
