This dynamic opportunity empowers you to provide essential speech and language therapy services within a supportive and collaborative school environment.

What you bring:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience with school-aged populations, ideally across K-12 grades
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy to diverse student needs and learning styles

Key responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct therapy services in both group and individual settings
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ IEP goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide strategies and resources to classroom staff as needed for student success
