Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Troy, NY

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid and current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in school-based settings preferred, especially with preschool populations
• Strong assessment and intervention skills for non-verbal and developmental delay cases
• Ability to collaborate with educators and parents to develop individualized treatment plans
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to onsite attendance; remote arrangements are not available

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for preschool-aged students
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to individual needs—including non-verbal and developmentally delayed children
• Develop, implement, and document individualized education and therapy plans
