Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) considered
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practicing as an SLP in educational settings
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP process, goal-setting, and documentation requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and screenings for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s educational objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and family members to support inclusive classroom practices
• Monitor student progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide therapy using a variety of evidence-based techniques to address articulation, fluency, voice, language, and pragmatic needs
• Educate school personnel and families on strategies to support student communication
