Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship (CF) considered
• Previous experience in a school environment is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to provide both group and individual therapy sessions
• Skilled in maintaining accurate and timely documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and implement therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop personalized IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and participate in student support teams
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student learning and success
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure student achievement
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
• Provide education and resources to school personnel and families regarding speech and language development
