Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active or eligible for SLP licensure in the state
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
- Skilled in teletherapy platforms and technology
- Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and screenings for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy services in-person or virtually, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social communication skills
- Monitor and document student progress, providing regular communication to parents, teachers, and school staff
- Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to support student achievement and participation
- Stay current on best practices and compliance standards
