Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligible for licensure) as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience delivering pediatric speech services in school and/or healthcare settings
• Proficiency in implementing therapy via teletherapy platforms
• Solid organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in a school setting
• Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities to meet student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive educational environments
• Maintain detailed and timely records for compliance and progress monitoring
• Provide guidance and support for academic staff regarding communication strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
