Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligible for licensure) as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience delivering pediatric speech services in school and/or healthcare settings
- Proficiency in implementing therapy via teletherapy platforms
- Solid organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in a school setting
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities to meet student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive educational environments
- Maintain detailed and timely records for compliance and progress monitoring
- Provide guidance and support for academic staff regarding communication strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
