Qualifications:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within school settings
  • Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) is a plus
  • Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and a skilled team including lead therapists and AAC specialists
  • Develop and implement IEP goals, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in professional development and team meetings
