Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
  • Experience or strong interest in serving K-12 student populations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • School-based experience or SLPA background is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
  • Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress reports, and session notes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
  • Support students in achieving their communication and academic goals
