Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience providing assessment and therapy in school settings is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving
• Consult with teachers and staff to support students’ communication skills in the classroom
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress
• Stay up to date with state and federal regulations related to school therapy services
