Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Hold or be eligible for Tennessee SLP licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare SLP settings a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with educators and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
  • Provide direct, evidence-based therapy services tailored to individual student needs
  • Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families
  • Write, review, and update students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions and progress
  • Engage in regular communication with teachers, parents, and team members
