Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Hold or be eligible for Tennessee SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare SLP settings a plus
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with educators and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Provide direct, evidence-based therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families
- Write, review, and update students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions and progress
- Engage in regular communication with teachers, parents, and team members
