Qualifications & Experience:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP preferred
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong skills in assessment, therapy, and documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Administer comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and assist in IEP writing
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Provide guidance to teachers and families for carry-over of strategies
