Speech Language Pathologist in Tullahoma, TN

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity working full-time with elementary students for the entire school year. This role focuses on supporting students' communication and language development through dedicated speech services within a welcoming school environment near Tullahoma, TN.

Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure as an SLP or SLPA (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language therapy
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
• Open to SLP clinical fellows (CFY) seeking mentorship and hands-on experience
• Competence in working with elementary-aged children, adapting interventions to meet varied developmental needs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for teaming with educators, families, and other clinicians

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to an elementary caseload, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
• Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers and staff to support communication strategies throughout the school day
• Engage with families to share progress and involve them in students’ therapy plans
