Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Active licensure as SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA, with eligibility to work in a school and virtual setting
  • Experience with pediatric and elementary school caseloads
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and online documentation
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support personnel
  • Prior school-based or healthcare-based pediatric experience preferred
  • Dedicated high-speed internet and workspace for virtual service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students using virtual tools and best practices for online assessments
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with school teams
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy via teletherapy (one-on-one and group settings)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings, consultations, and ongoing communication with teachers and caregivers
  • Provide education and support to families and staff regarding student needs and goals
