This engaging, full-time contract opportunity near Tulsa, OK is designed for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about helping Pre-K through 5th grade students unlock their communication potential. With a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students and the added support of a part-time SLPA, you'll have the resources needed to deliver meaningful services—all within a single school setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license, with CCC preferred or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) also accepted
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based SLP services
  • Familiarity with elementary caseloads, including Pre-K through 5th grade
  • Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for diverse communication needs
  • Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students across Pre-K to 5th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and conduct ongoing progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with the part-time SLPA to coordinate intervention and maximize student support
  • Conduct evaluations, screenings, and re-evaluations as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and consult with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
