Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oklahoma
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience in a school setting a plus, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students’ educational goals
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and attend IEP meetings
- Provide dynamic therapy sessions—both individual and group-based—that inspire growth and confidence
- Engage in continuous learning and best practices to deliver outstanding care
