Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC or CFY candidates considered)
- Experience in schools or with pediatric populations is appreciated, but not necessary
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Strong organizational skills and a team-focused approach
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educational staff and families
- Track progress, maintain thorough records, and foster positive student engagement
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to promote student success
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute insights on communication and language development
