Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children, especially in the PreK–6th range
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt interventions to meet individual needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver therapy tailored to student goals
- Provide both direct and consultative services for students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop strategies for classroom success
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory guidelines
- Participate in relevant school meetings, professional development, and contribute positively to the educational team
