School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Turlock, California

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children, especially in the PreK–6th range
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt interventions to meet individual needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver therapy tailored to student goals
• Provide both direct and consultative services for students with a variety of speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop strategies for classroom success
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory guidelines
• Participate in relevant school meetings, professional development, and contribute positively to the educational team
