Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with a range of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes
- Lead targeted therapy sessions to meet each student’s unique goals
- Track and document progress with precision, adjusting plans as necessary
- Communicate and work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and other specialists
- Educate families and caregivers to ensure carryover of strategies beyond the school setting
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Must hold or be eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged clients is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a diverse team
- Active license from the State Board of Speech Language Pathology or the ability to obtain one
